I always wanted a 1969 Dodge charger. I'm surprised he was able to get one easily there are a lot of fans of The dukes of Hazzard TV show that really want one.
Destroying someone's car parked in THEIR driveway because the destroyer didn't like the looks of the car? What nerve! It's good that the destroyer got what he deserved, right in the wallet. But how did no one hear a dozer coming to the op's house? Those things are not quiet. When the kids didn't show up as usual, mom should have called the police and issued an Amber alert. SM could then have been charged with kidnapping, since she did not have mom's permission to take the kids to the ski resort. Mom should than have gone to the judge and had the father's parental rights amended to one day a week so long as SM was in his life.
Ski resort kidnapping: At the second "fine, let's go to place and then we'll go there" I would get out of the car and scream kidnapper, and stick to the story until the sane parent arrived.
1st story, HOA's can't force people who owned homes before the founding of the HOA to join. If you happen to live near, or in, an HOA, you have to have cameras to protect yourself. The HOA's "neighborhood" surveillance is not something you can rely on. Especially when someone else could just turn off the cameras or delete the footage.
That is the first thing I thought too. I drive a front end loader amd occasionally go over the road, and never ever seen a license plate on it. And I feel like they would hear a bulldozer running over asphalt in the middle of the night. It's not at all quiet.
Wtf were you thing? You don’t put a car like that on your front yard. Should of put one of the least expensive ones. I’m sorry this happened to you but you are kinda at fault for not thinking it through.
Just want to say, Heavy Equipment like Bull Dozers Do not have License plates, nor do they have vehicle Identification Numbers or Titles, in America. Owners usually weld a Number on them to make them identifiable for Police, and that number is all there is...
