HOA Karen BURNS Down My Shed During Inspection! Says There Were 'Flammable Materials' Inside 

Karen is the prime example of a person who should *NEVER* be in a position of power.

Thumbs down for the bogus HOA story.

The first story was total BS fantasy.

It should have been divulged BEFORE you purchase the house, that it is in an HOA!! Karen trespassed on your property. Get her with every legal thing you can!

Isn't a shed where you're *supposed* to keep hazardous materials like that? Secure location and far from the house itself?

Op and his wife should have called the police at the very moment this lady showed up at their house 🏠

Ok, there were so many holes in story one I feel the need to break them down one at a time: 1: An HOA needs to give notice before an inspection, especially if they want to inspect the *inside* of a building. If Karen opened and entered Op's shed without permission, she'd get in legal trouble for *that* . 2: OP apparently committed several felonies with a backhoe, including tearing down a building (Which could have had someone inside), destruction of property, and trespassing by entering Karen's yard without permission, left the tool of destruction at the scene, and *wasn't* caught, despite the fact they apparently rented the backhoe, so the police could have tracked who was responsible for the thing at the time of the incident. (Plus, Op couldn't afford to paint a shed, but could rent a backhoe a few days after the shed was destroyed?) 3: An HOA wouldn't have just gnashed , whined, and made threats at the violations, if OP kept refusing to follow the rules, they would have sued, placed a lien, and possibly even sold the house out from under them. (Yes, it sucks that that can happen, but it can, and that's what matters here.) So, yeah. I'm gonna say fake.

This is a perfect example of when a group of people gain a little bit of power it goes to their head story1

Story 1: OP got nothing to complain about since he didn't do his due diligence in making sure he wasn't buying a house in a HOA.

We call them P&C in Australia (Parents & Citizens).
