even if op had failed to pay dues. the hoa would need to put an official lien on the house, give op time to vaccate. you cant say "oh we decided we are auctioning off your house tomorrow"

OMG I KNOW a woman who is that 'Pat'. I mean, I KNOW HER. A witch if one was ever born. Thinks she is soooo much smarter and better than anyone else. I watched HER decide if a mutual male friend's new girlfriend should be ALLOWED to be his girlfriend. Her husband was a replica of Hank. Just bowed his head and did whatever she DEMANDED. HOAs boards are elected. Run yourself and win. This is a horror story. The board at my complex is reluctant to point out violations unless they have confirmed with the lawyer that they can.

There should be a Law written that Any HOA or Member that tries to steal anyone's home gets the Same Prison Sentence as 1st Degree Murder
