Perfect motor and esc set up. Any bigger, it would be too powerful. A lot of people make mistakes on over powering their rigs. Great video 👌

I am running a Max6 with a TP Power 4060 1950kv in my MTP2, I had to gear it down, because the slightest throttle input in the air would make it backflip. I also had to replace every single differential with the upgrade Steel Gear Set, because they were all worn after about a dozen runs. Still amazingly fun though :D

Just picked up this baby yesterday Bro. Seems pretty solid built. Went with the 80% ARR. Excited and looking forward setting this bad boy up. I can confirmed that the Arrma Kraton 6s hexes are a direct fit for a 17mm tires options.

haha man i have been trying to figure out how to move my battery trays back like you did but I could not find that video, but I see that you reversed them in this video. It was funny... I like couldn't figure it out and thought you had special battery trays or special holes in the chassis. I'm gonna try it out Thanks man. I like your style

I run 40w oil in my shocks but I did drill out one hole in each shock piston feels perfect for how I run. 👍👍 Your totally right ive gone through every 8th and 6th scale monster truck out there even the lst2xl and 3xl and was looking for something I've never had that's why I picked up the plus 2 all I've done is rebuild the diffs and put new electronics and tires and chassis brace on it and it does awesome I don't run it as hard as my xmaxx or outcast but it always is fun

Great vid Jason. I could really use your help though. I just got mine last week, it’s the 80% kit. You can watch my 2 vids on if you’d like. Few questions though. Does it seem that the suspension geometry is off some with this truck? I did a test run on mine and landed 2 jumps from 10-12’ on grass and broke 2 shock ends. It seems the chassis hits way too late. 2nd thing is I had 2 diff output cups to break. I’ve watched every vid you and Vas has done on this truck so that made me decide to pull the trigger. I’m a little dishearten at the moment and hoping you could shed some light on my issues. I absolutely love the truck and want more than anything for it to be a good basher. Please let me know what you think. I appreciate it.

I've had this truck since it came out and I want to love it, but it just doesn't turn. Its turning radius is awful. The truck is tough and I've tried all the motors you mentioned and I settled with the stock motor esc combo from the kraton 8s. The spectrum 1250kv and 160 ecs on 8s is the best combo I've used in this kit. No heat issues, plenty of torque and speed with no damage to the drive train. 2200kv has heat issues and loses punch when hitting large jumps.

If you can get a sway bar on her it will fix that problem you have. If they dont sell one for the mt plus you can most likely make one from other vehicles

I don't know why but I e stripped out a center diff and a front diff in less than 6 months,I don't understand why,I'm running two 3s Muscle packs 60c.
