Love to see how two top performers can look at the session so differently. Obviously Kessler is just a few days from Pre so he gets to call the shots, but seemed like Hoppel generally is less interested in data and is happy to roll with the punches. Cool stuff, very grateful to be able to watch two of the top guys train so close to the trials 🙏
Youngest guy out there and Hobbs is showing everyone how to engage the fans and the camera. Have not heard that much training nuts and bolts in all other sweat elite videos combined. Nice job boys.
I know how important data is to training and recovery, race day performance… yada yada yada but something about Bryce just enjoying the run, keepin things simple, not over-complicating it and going on feel really hits home with me. Love the vids btw, great work!
