@@eddieepicmedia nah it's no big secret. It's a SPK 150a 6S ESC, Stock Vendetta motor 3900 KV, 26T / 50T gear set on stock radio gear. I was running a pair of 2S 5200 mah for some shake down passes. Took some work to Make it all fit but she runs. Crazy to see a 1/10 scale going that fast. I've got a limitless project going right now also but honestly it's not near as much fun as this Vendetta has been. I'm going to need to upgrade my radio gear to really push the limitless.

Hello James. First let me say thanks for watching and commenting. I love the "lemans" or "GT" style bodies for the way they look and they handle a lot better because of the aero dynamics. I will be posting a video in the future of me designing another body like this as soon as they are back in stock.

I found a "machine shop" near me. Google it. Find a machine shop that has a "lathe" and they should be able to machine down your shaft. I bought an extra one and had it "machined down.

Do you run in Austell, GA? I think I flipped my FG in the same spot at 101mph. I run my car on 8s with XLX2 and TP 5060.

i bought an extra stock shaft and took it to a "machine shop" and had them grind it down. There are machine shops every where. Check in your area.

@@eddieepicmedia quick question the person building my fg has everything done but the gears are making a loud clicking noise the mesh seems to be perfect. Any idea what’s the issue?

@@press4258 Not sure. Make sure it's the gears and not the rear differential. All I can suggest is to play with the mesh and see if that helps.

@@eddieepicmedia Good to know man. I was wondering how it stacks up in terms of performance the XLX2? I have a Max 5 and TP 4070cm 2200kv motor in my Rustler vxl. Had a few Castles and they stopped working so I go with Hobbywings. I however think this is a bit large and cost near $500 and I like speed and heard this cuts off an amperage so I'm happy with my Max5.

Hey Eli. Not really sure because you have a different esc and motor than mine but , my guess is that you'll be fine. All you have to do is get a temp gun and keep checking the temperature while you run. As long as the motor and esc are compatible , the only other concern would be over heating the motor which takes a lot to do.
