Bass fishing professional Randy Howell and his wife Robin visit the Hobie factory in Oceanside California and get a tour of how be build kayaks and Pro Anglers. Randy has been fishing from our Pro Angler 14 with the new MirageDrive 360 and was curious what a normal day at our factory looks like. Watch along and see some of the processes involved with designing and building our products before they are sent out to your local retailers.

I hope more Anglers watch this video’ I hope all who think that the 360 is to expensive can change there mind by watching this video ‘ this is why hobie are the best ! worth every cent in my opinion !

Randy Howell is such a nice guy. I'm glad to see him on board. Hobie, while more expensive than many competitors, is without doubt the best fishing kayak and the most impressively engineered boat in the industry. I've been fishing out of a PA for the past 7 years and have told many it's the only kayak I'll ever tournament fish out of. I'm looking forward to upgrading to a new 360 in the next year or two.

I love Hobie. I'm a US Navy Submariner vet, wish I could afford to upgrade my PA14 to PA360 or PA17T.

That's good there are some hobie seats being made in the US my hobie mirage compass kayak seat and front mesh are made in Thailand.

Does their factory have a Hobie store up front to purchase stuff? I live about 1.5 hours away and just ordered by tandem oasis but I also need some "stuff" for it.
