Something tells me that Samantha Dale is our Draco Malfoy. Leander says he lost seven matches of Summoner's Court to her, and it seems like the group that plays are pretty snobby to think that, "well, if player character can't be our worst participant, then they're not worth our time to be challenged by them." And then Lenora mentions specifically that Samantha thinks she's "potty." That's two people Samantha has been quite rude to.

Just coming back as a new viewer to say thank you for making quality content. I can't even begin to tell you the amount of objectively bad, lazy, and half assed HL videos I've seen on YT in the last 2 days. From 10 minute beginners guides from people who obviously haven't played the game and in turn don't actually give a guide, to the "things you must know" videos where they spend more half of the time on the intro, etc... I want to from the bottom of my heart, thank you for putting so much effort, care, and love into your videos and livestreams. You're great, your community is amazing, and I hope you continue to get the recognition that you deserve.

Really hoping the main character's robotic voice is fixed in the day 1 patch / release version of the game. 😭 I suppose I can understand the decision behind having a "pitch change" based voice mechanic, but it's a bummer they missed that one hiccup. Only so many games do that kind of system well, whereas others opt in to hire a handful of male and female voice actors that players can choose. Unfortunately, such is only done when the protagonist of those games are silent (other than grunts/screams/etc.)

@@xxgattox Not being able to land in certain places was likely a precaution put in place to limit where the players could go in the dev build. Example being a particular balcony which many believe to be connected to the Ravenclaw common room. They were just making sure nothing would be spoiled. Not only that, but the robotic voice was probably just a glitch unique to that dev build. It will likely be fixed by launch.

@@MMDTrxsh I don't know, I saw some vids where they couldn't land in places where they very much should, but they could two steps to the left. It seems to me like the landing system is VERY restrictive.

Can't wait to play myself next week. After looking at the mission with Poppy, the dragons are wearing the goblin collars around their necks. Makes sense seeing how goblin magic is strong even on par with some witches and wizards.

Looks insanely good! The only negative thing is that the broom flight mechanics don't look very intuitive and it's very stiff. I'd expect the character to be making micro adjustments constantly while on the broom. But I'm so hyped to play this!

Looks good for most part, but this is PS5/Xbox Series X, why is the castle so void of npcs when the hardware can obviously handle more. Like Order of The Phoenix and Hald Blood Prince 360 games had similar amounts of npcs.

@Scarlet Wizard Didn't say it was. But there must be obvious graphical differences between the two or else current gen, and last gen would be released simultaneously and not half a year later. Considering last gen games like Red Dead 2 could have plenty of NPCs on screen each with their own schedules and routines, or Spiderman, which had many NPCs on the streets, I expected the castle to be more alive. It sorta looks like this is set during the winter break when most students go home.

It's absolutely breath taking to be able to enjoy the environment around and that of the castle from different perspectives on the broom. You truly get a sense of large and detail the world is - making you feel immersed with sense of freedom and wonder.

They've shown the player character arriving to Hogwarts on a floating carriage thing with Proffesor Figg though. . .so I'm assuming that was us arriving at Hogwarts for the first time though obviously nothing is certain.

In the newest trailer when Profesor Weasley sends us our letter we know it's already the start of the school term considering students are flocking around her at Hogwarts while asking about a strange magical occurrence that involves us and how we get to go to Hogwarts I'm guessing. . .if that's the case we wouldn't be able to arrive at school on the train or with the first years since they've already started the school year and arrived before us

@@jtharmonybells Hit the little gear wheel at the bottom of the video, and select the highest resolution you monitor will support. If it's an older monitor, chances are it'll be 1080p60, whereas if it's a 4K display it'll be 2160p60. Then select the Fullscreen icon all the way to the right, or just hit your F key to widen the view to take up the whole screen. That'll do it!

I feel like the only downside to this game I've noticed so far is the quality of the mini map in the bottom left corner, I sure hope they upscale that. I'm a sucker for the littlest details
