@@roostrknightmk3099 I also tried just last night and didn't work. If Ismet Inonu is replaced with Sukru Saracoglu, Kazim Orbay replaces Ataturk as the military junta If Ismet Inonu is there he replaces Ataturk. I am on the latest version with all DLC except the very last one.

@@NerulI i got every dlc possible even the latest i guess that is the issue then

@@roostrknightmk3099 I would be willing to buy the last DLC just for this glitch if I could be sure that is the case :D

Haven't tried this playthrough in a while, but I haven't seen any patch notes of PDX fixing this. Well, its a glitch after all...

Sorry about that. This video was not meant as an in-depth tutorial. Its a very long campaign and when I show everything the video becomes VERY long and almost no one will watch it :-(
