Spicy tuna was one of the first ways I was introduced to raw sushi fish so it definitely creates some nostalgia for my taste buds! Sometimes however, the deliciousness of spicy tuna gets lost in a big combo sushi roll and so this is a great way to feature it once again in a super simple rice bowl which you can make at home!
Within 10 minutes, you could be enjoying this colorful and incredible tasting spicy tuna rice bowl. Isn’t the black rice just beautiful... oh, and extra healthy for you? 😁👌
The hardest part for me is really just getting through the grocery shopping and finally making it home to put this meal together!
