We have more dumplings! This time it's a favorite of mine at dim sum! I occasionally enjoy these delicious juicy dumplings at Michelin rated restaurant "Din Tai Fung" and at other dim sum restaurants and I recently decided to make these at home with cleaner and leaner ingredients!
I love including lots of vegetables in my dumplings so in this chicken based filling, the other tender and juicy vegetable is the one and only cauliflower!
Even though these dumplings are somewhat labor intensive, they are worth every bite. And the way I show it, with shortcuts in the making process, you will be enjoying these in much less time than you think!
Don't forget to buy or order your bamboo steamer!
