This video shows a street restaurant in the Chinatown area of Kuala Lumpur and the making of Hokkien mee ( Hokkien char mee or just char mee) which is a Malaysian dish that has it's origins in the cuisine of China's Fujian (Hokkien) Province.
Hokkien char mee (Hokkien fried noodles; 福建炒麵) is served in Kuala Lumpur and the surrounding region while variants include Penang Hokkien mee (with prawns and broth) and Singapore Hokkien mee. It is a dish of thick yellow noodles braised in thick dark soy sauce with pork, fish balls and cabbage as the main ingredients and cubes of pork fat fried until crispy.

Very unhygiene.... the cook wash his palm with the spatula and the water drip back into the wok... and the guy who prepare up the noodles did not wear any gloves...haiz.... 😱
