It is one of my favorite songs of Adele, the lyrics, the emotion in her voice and as the song grows is BEAUTIFUL, 30 in general is an underrated album but this song more people should listen to it, for me it has been therapy, when I feel bad I hear it, I cry but then I feel better

Fun fact: adele has also said that the backup vocals were performed by her group of friends. they come in at the middle of the song too also symbolising her friends chanting this chorus of "just hold on" over and over, and by the end of the song theyre singing together to let the listener know they survived and you can too if you just hold on!!
