The windchimes are actually very lovely, I like the calming background sound. Also, an old horseshoe from Pinto Bean would be incredible?? What a rare opportunity to have a piece of this amazing recovery process
WindChimes are a nice touch especially knowing the noise comes from nature makes it that much more calming (in my opinion) im sure theres some people that can do without i dont mind it one bit
After all of the care pinto bean has had to endure he’s still a very good and patient horse. I was surprised to see that hole got bigger rather than smaller.
Gonna take awhile to completely heal poor Pinto might jave tk deal with it for the rest of his lifetime pretty serious injury owners are great in getting him the care and mantainence he needs
Don't worry about some random windchime noise, I think we'd all much rather listen to that than have you stand out in the freezing winds. Also, thank you for taking us along on this horses journey. It's crazy to see how well Pinto Bean is healing up from having basically half a hoof at some point o_o
I've said it before and I'll say it again pinto bean is one lucky Horse. His owners should be praised for the amount of resources they've spent on him,and the healthcare team should be very proud great work by all especially you Sheldon. I can't speak for anybody else but I think giving away a shoe from pinto bean would be a great thing to have!!
Sheldon, what a treat - a Pinto Bean update! These are my absolute favorite on your channel, in addition to donkey rescue trims. Thank you for continuing to update us on The Bean’s progress!
It's so nice how you are humble enough to admit when you are not fully educated on certain things. So many people choose to guess and spread misinformation, so thank you for choosing to point out those things that we can further educate ourselves on. Good to see that Pinto Bean is recovering well : )
I love your videos, the way you edit them, the way they're narrated, even the background noises or just general work noises are very relaxing and pleasing content. It's very clear the amount of care you put into your work and I'm happy for Pinto Bean
Can't believe how much his hoof has recovered! Pinto bean's old shoe would be a great prize, it has a story behind it and lots of character. Great job man!!
I noticed you always apologize for unneccessary things like noises or shadows, but overall, I'm sure none of us mind not one bit. Its tranquilizing, relaxing, and adds a nice raw background touches to the vijeo. And I can speak for majority of us when I say, we absolutely love your voice, its calming, warmth and brings peace. Thanks for your content, much aloha from hawaii. take care brethren.
I would guess that Pinto Bean is so well people-acclimated that he might be able to live in the house with good manners. With all of the attention of the vets and the ferrier, his training is amazing. His owners are saints. 😊
I've really enjoyed watching you work with Pinto Bean. Thanks for starting to share a little bit about yourself, it's great to find out more about caring people!
The difference in that hoof in the last year is astounding. I think the first video of yours I watched was the original Pinto Bean video so watching the process has been so cool and one of the shoes that you've made for him would be an incredible giveaway, each one is so unique and interesting.
Pinto Bean!!! Wind chimes fine with me personally. Makes it feel kinda whimsical hahaha. It's always so nice to see the progress, Pinto is such a trooper.
Dude I never realized how much a farrier is like a podiatrist. And the smithing and animal husbandry skills. You sir have a lot to be proud of. Thanks for sharing.
Excellent paring, and preparation of hoof sole, frog, flares, clips, and tip on measuring hoof before hot shoeing. Thanks for pointing out the causes for bruising, and removal of bacteria in the sole and walls. Best corrective horseshoeing I’ve seen!
Ahh sweet lil Pinto Bean! I'm so glad he's doing well now, his foot looks sooo much better! Do y'all know how he's handling running around and such? As for the wind chimes, I kinda find it soothing in a way. Just sorta adds to the atmosphere haha. As for giveaways, I think some merch would be fun- a hat or water bottle or something and if it's got your logo we can help spread you around that way! Otherwise, I enjoy the idea of an old horseshoe, they're good luck after all! :b If you don't already have one, perhaps get a cheap lil metal stamping set and you can give away a horseshoe with someone's initials stamped in it! I know it works better on thin metals, but perhaps you can try heating it up a little before stamping? Just an idea!
My father had an apaloosa named Apache growing up. This channel is great and addicting....love to see repairs and replacement. Yay for Pinto Bean and the chimes are fine
Was thinking about the long toe, glad to see you did a rocker toe on there. I think you could have pulled the toe back even further to get rid of that infested area completely. Would love to see radiographs of theese feet. /hoof student and part time trimmer (mostly dealing with too long toes here in sweden). Best of luck! Love following pinto bean :)
Really good job as always. I enjoy watching the progress following Pinto beans recover. A far cry better than what it started out as for sure. Thank's for sharing the journey.
Poor baby he can’t catch a break 😔 hope next time we see him his foot is back to normal. Pinto bean’s neigh sound in the back 9:01 while you were making his shoe hahahaha loved it 😂❤️🤘🏻🕊 I wouldn’t mind taking one of Pinto Bean old pair of shoes, he has a special place in my heart since he made you dance in one of your last videos with him. He is not just any horse he is a character. Thank you for another video Sheldon.
I been subscribed on Pinto beans condition. For some reason it didn't show up in my notifications today. But still I'm glad it's getting better. Last week I was searching to see if there was any new updates or if I was still subscribed which I still am. Glad u keeping us updated on his foot. Thanks
I love the wind chimes, such a beautiful sound, It’s lovely to watch a true craftsman at work and to see just how much you’ve helped Pinto Bean, (he’s such a patient boy bless him) One of his shoes would be a great giveaway, or maybe some shaped nails, perhaps formed into a chain. I’m already looking forward to your next video.
You're kool bruh💯 just being the kind and friendly person you are, blocks out anything than can disturb such a beautiful video of you helping a horse. God bless you.
Ohh I agree..the wind chimes are very relaxing in the background. I have been following your series on Pinto Bean since the beginning. He is SO lucky to have you for his ferrier!. I wished I lived closer to you with my horses! I'm VERY particular who takes care of my horses feet. And you are so knowledgeable!! I live in the north east and a sweatshirt with you co name would be great as a give away! lol ☺ Thank yyou for sharing this with all of us!
Your all doing an amazing job. It’s great he’s getting so much loving care. It looks like his hoof has grown in well. I’m glad his owner is prepared to do all this work in him and not give up and abandon him. ❤️
Pinto Bean is so lucky to have you Sheldon. Poor guy has come a long way from where he started from. I would love to have one of his old shoes but anything you decide will be ok. 🙂❤🐴
Ohhh my gosh I was so shocked by the progress! Pinto Beans's hoof is looking so much better!! (Despite the bruising) Thanks for another Pinto Bean update! Also, don't worry about the wind chimes. They're quite charming :)
Poor Bean, he's such a good horse. Always seems so patient. Don't forget we want to see his face next time. You do good work, Sheldon. Have a lovely weekend.
Hello Sheldon. Love your channel. You make it look so easy. I love that you are going to be a vet, are just an equine vet or all animals? Your kids are adorable and you are so patient. Keep up the good work and making these videos. I think having 1 of Pintobeans shoes is awesome! Im from AZ and we have alot of horses in our hot little state that could use your skills and kindness, im sure we have alot of farriers that are just as good, but i just love your patience and kindness, that is everything nowadays. Be kind, be patient and love everyone! 💘
So interesting. You are not just a farrier, you are a blacksmith, veterinarian, physicist, hoof trimmer and educator. Thanks for taking such care, sore feet are brutal can't imagine what its like to have sore feet and weigh 1,000 pounds +.
Hi sheldon, so pleased to see how pinto bean is coming along, you are such a caring farrier, love the way you explain what you doing our very best wishes from Lockdown Reading England 🏴 xx❤️
I agree the windchime was nice to hear, no worries. The giveaway is a cute idea, shirts would be so cool. As someone who grew up around horses, I also like the idea of getting Pinto Beans old shoes. There's a lot you can do decoration wise with horseshoes. My mom had a wreath forged together to hang in the barn for Christmas growing up. I always thought it was a cute addition to the tack room door.
Pinto Bean's foot looks AMAZING!!!!!! I absolutely love your work and your commitment to the skill. His hoof seriously looks SO GOOD!!!!! Oh this warmed my heart.
Just wanted to say I’m fascinated by your videos. Your knowledge, dedication to the craft, professionalism, and creature is inspiring. I had a horse long ago and love them dearly. I learn so much watching you.
Hi Sheldon. It's good to see you and Pinto Bean back on your channel. It's really cool to watch you work a shoe with all the things you can add or take away to correct a condition. You have to envision how you want the hoof to be on the ground while it is mainly up between your knees. I hope your studies are going well.
I love seeing the progress on pinto bean, come such a long way. Anything you decide to give away would be appreciated! Shirts and gear or horseshoes would be sweet, you could even do everyday usable items such as mugs and travel mugs, or even coasters or couzee's.
My dad born in 1916,used to slightly bend the tip of the nail as to run shallow to the outside..my dad grew up central Montana ranch hand, and in his early drove freight wagons between a couple of old erst towns with an overnight stay between towns...been gone 35 years now,,, I still miss him..
I lol'd at the *AMATEUR* pop-up. I love all the explanations you give for what you do. He looks like he is making some progress, but like you said, Pinto Bean just can't catch a break. As for your giveaway idea, I think one of Pinto Beans retired shoes would be awesome!
I don't have any horses, so I can't say what would make a good giveaway honestly. If I did have horses a hoof pick made by you would be pretty awesome! So i vote that.
C'est un très beau travail, je trouve vos vidéos captivantes et déstressant. Vous soulager les animaux et nous offrez une belle démonstrations, merci monsieur. Bisous de France :)
Personally, I think most do not realize the level of care a horse requires in order for it to be well maintained. I am glad I watched your video, for now I know the level of care that is necessary. Thank you for posting !
Hi Sheldon and family. We are really enjoying watching your videos. We like learning new stuff. Cheers Shane and Joy from Gold Coast hinterland, QUeenslad, Australia.
Who would have thought that watching a farrier horse shoeing would be one of the things that keep me sane through a pandemic, but here we are. An old horseshoe would be a fun giveaway. Plus I like that you put your flag on the anvil. Your country can take a beating, but in the end, you’re made of steel.
What an incredible recovery from a massive long process. Thank you for sharing his journey. A hoofpick would be awesome or a T-shirt with Pinto Bean’s face on it (if the owners are ok with that).
