IMO I would have left it as a spacious studio…much better as it looks cramped & those doors look awkward & cheap. Very popular condo building is VT5C as great location right next to the beach there plus on baht bus route. Great balcony views from a reasonably high floor too??👀😉😎

I think your idea would be much better....that "bedroom"...looks haphazard at best....and not very well constructed....maybe the new buyer will think the same thing and tear it out..

Decent condo. Just replacing those bedroom doors with sliding glass and night-time curtains, and the a flat screen in the bedroom, it's ready to move in. I actually thought it was better value at 3.3million (instead of 3.5m) and I see that in your description, but even 3.5 is reasonable. Nice find.

The layout is a bit awkward, but it does work. I really like the lap pool, a good minimum is 25m and that seems to fit the bill. This is the 1st vlog you have done where there were significant numbers of people actually in the pool.

Normally we try our best to only record the facilities when they are empty as not everyone likes a camera being around whilst they are trying to relax, but that day was a public holiday so there was no alternative
