The update you’ve been waiting for: the candy cane ornament 4:50 was made by melting plastic pony beads in a cookie cutter mold. So easy! onelittleproject.com/melted-bead-ornaments/
I had a physics teacher who always drank his coffee from his favorite gift ever - a mug that was in the shape of a Klein bottle. It's... Definitely over the top eccentric, but it was perfect for him
What do you guys think about food baskets? I live in Hawaii and we have so many specialty gift basket options from Costco and other wholesalers. Is this something that teachers appreciate or do you think they get way too many of them?
My teacher has said she loves to read. Any recommendations on a book without knowing what kind of genre? Was thinking of a book with a 20 dollar bill inside like a book mark
good question! If you're not sure, I'd say a cute small coffee table book that is about teacher appreciation or if it's elementary school nice hardcover copy of a classic picture book. I think this would be a very sweet, thoughtful gift!
I love reading (not a teacher though) but I love buying homemade bookmarks and book sleeves for teachers. Inside I’ll also put in a GC to Amazon so they can purchase their book. The book sleeves is nice too because they fit their book inside and can fit other things like reading glasses and pens and such. I also buy if from a local artisan in my area so it’s killing two birds with one stone; buying something practical and thoughtful and supporting a local business ❤️❤️
