1 lemon
Butter 40g
Granulated sugar 100g
2 eggs
Milk 40cc
1 lemon for topping

① Put the butter at room temperature in a bowl.
Add granulated sugar and mix
② Combine eggs and milk and mix into ①
③ Sift the flour into ②
Cut and mix with a spatula
④ Sprinkle flour on the cooking sheet
⑤ Shape the dough into sticks and divide into 8 equal parts.
⑥Make the divided dough into sticks and tie the ends together.
It's one size larger than a donut when put together
Place on a cookie sheet
⑦Heat the oil to 180℃ and place it on the sheet ⑥.
Gently drop the donut into the oil
⑧ Fry for 3 minutes on each side, then immediately add sugar and lemon.
Sprinkle with peel and serve
