That train journey was absolutely stunning. Your channel is so different from the other, bigger cruise channels on RU-vid. There’s no airs and graces about you guys. Just down to earth and a lovely couple. Keep the videos coming.

@@andyandkirstie I will need to fast for two weeks prior to the cruise. My wife was very impressed with your music choice. You seemed to pick the music that complemented the mood and often the vast scale of the landscape. We are also impressed with the friendly and relaxed tone of your presentation (ie no shrieking 😄 just pleasant and natural fun).

@Paul and Carole Love to Travel Yeah it was a bit. We like a peaceful and relaxed dining experience, especially in the MDR, but it was a bit rushed and always so loud!

Such a great vlog we did that same trip on our Alaska cruise but the train journey was spoiled as it was misty for most of it so our views were nothing like yours. All that snow still there reminds me of Norway when we have gone there in May.

Loving your videos. I'm doing this cruise in 2024, Vancouver to Whittier (as part of a 24 day Canada & Alaska tour) and then we do the same cruise back to Anchorage. We've been planning this trip for 10 years, coming all the way from Aus. Waiting for Part 5 to be released 😀😀
What a fantastic day that looked. Skagway looks stunning as did the train ride. I love a bit of rock and roll but that last scene leaving looked like you were standing in front of a print. Stunning stuff. Loving this series.
You won't get copyright issues uploading live music. The only issue you could possibly ever have is the band themselves seeing it and not wanting it on there, but in my experience, the performers don't mind at all. Quite the opposite in fact. I've sent two separate performers on different ships, footage I've recorded so they can use themselves.
@@andyandkirstie Thanks for that the only reason I ask is that when I have recorded the passenger choirs on a ship I get copyright problems. I was wondering if I was missing a trick. Thanks for your help and a other great video.
No problem. Maybe there's backing music everyone is singing to that's being picked up? It would have to be hearing an original score for you to have issues. Even then it's unlikely to get you a copyright strike, RU-vid will just demonetise it. Glad you like the video!
