Hollow Knight Silksong Waiting Room
hello everyone, take a seat, i know you guys are gonna be here for a while
wowie its a saintfuki upload :D i know, i know, praise me for doing the bare minimum for stopping my channel's death
this is a rare occurence where i actually edit the video the same day i recorded it and then uploaded it at the same time. as soon as i saw that there was some new hollow knight silksong news, i literally turned on my computer and opened audacity immediately
also perfect because i didnt wanna leave you guys without a goodbye to 2020, some good, a lot of bad but as long as saintfuki comes to save the day

This is something I feel every Hollow Knight fan can relate to.. And the fact that Silksong is looking to be at the very least just as good if not better than Hollow Knight sure doesn't help with that Stay strong everyone, the game is going to be amazing but only if it can take its sweet time

Exactly! The game looks like it's gonna be amazing, it makes me even more excited. Hopefully it'll be a nice present for 2021

It just looks so fun and all of the areas look so cool. Just by looking at it i can tell my favorite area would be the lava area.

I have resorted to playing other metroidvanias to feel the same glory as hollow knight but is just not possible. The closest I've found have been Blasphemous and the OG Super Metroid. Definitely recommend either of those games during this excruciating wait.

Have you ever played ori and the blind forest? I hate most platformers,but that game is bassicaly an outstanding move. Its good too. Worth checking out.

@@pesimistr104 Lol Its been seven months since I made this comment but in that time I have played Ori and The Blind Forest and Am currently halfway through Will of the Wisps (they are both great). If you want another platformer that will really blow your socks off I would recommend Celeste, it's easily the best 2d platformer ever made and sits firmly at my #2 indie game just behind Hollow Knight.

Wow! This is one of the best videos I've ever seen on youtube. The editing was perfect, there weren't any errors... AT ALL and the subject was amazing. I'm not usually one to comment or give out compliments but you deserve the world man. I wish I could give you the money and fame but it looks like the YT algorithm said screw you. guys.... u have to temper your expectations... their is no possible way it can live up to the hype that we are giveing it now. DO NOT GET ME WRONG i think the game will be fantastic! i think the scenerys, the combat, the platforming, the level design, the monsters etc etc will all be increadible and better/more interesting than hollow knights! But u have to remeber a really really big portion of what made hollowknight so increadible was the mystery, the immersive and believable world, the drip feeding of law and story. I mean remeber how it felt when u stepped onto the platforms of distant village for the first time.... I will be verry suprised and delighted if silksong is able to generate as much mystery and world building. Trust me.. u will enjoy the game allot more if u go in with the attitude that its most likely going to be a little worse than hollwknight in that regard.

Yeah man its just a really good tip to always keep your excepectations low so that not only will you not be dissappointed but also, be pleasantly suprised by getting a higher quality expirience than you originaly thought.
