I was thinking that a pair of these, one TX and one RX would be great for a 4k stream, but unfortunately the output of the receiver only appears to be HD. This is a deal breaker.

Great video man. I think the internal scene recording feature is for "props" location consistency. It will help the user do a comparison of items in the scene, in case something is moved or left out by accident.

I have this monitor and cannot figure this out: can you use the monitor to trigger a recording on your actual camera?

No I don't think you can

Hey buddy! I saw your comment but can't find it, so commenting here... No, no L mount yet! (I feel there may be something new on the horizon...) But was thinking about making some videos again. Q: does the G9II have dual native ISO? (I still need to watch you monster review ).
@TheRealRichardWong

hey Ben, there is always something new on the horizon LOL G9II doesn't have dual native ISO, because it uses the newer DR Boost which is kind of like a smart dual native ISO as you don't need to switch to low/high circuit, it always try to use both at the same time and merge together to get the best result.

Oh Perfect! Thats good news! Yes I am hopping back and forth between S5IIX and G9II: Funnily enough, I went to my local camera shop to make a video "trading in all my M43 for full frame" (something along those lines) But they didn't let me film! :P @@TheRealRichardWong

Hi, I just bought the MARS M1 enhanced monitor but don't want to mount it to my CAMERA. So, I'd like to pair it to one of my old Hollyland mars 300 pro TRANSMITTER (which I'd mount on top of the camera). Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

hi there, this is the official guide for connecting to a transmitter, see if it helps? www.hollyland.com/started/installation-3 otherwise you can download the user manual here: www.hollyland.com/download/mars-m1-enhanced

Hello. Is Onion Skinning available on this monitor? Thanks
@TheRealRichardWong
@TheRealRichardWong 7 месяцев назад
sorry, what is Onion Skinning ?
@pretor706
@pretor706 7 месяцев назад
@@TheRealRichardWong Onion skinning means showing the last X images semi-transparently overlaid on each other so you can easily see what moved. Specially useful for matching cuts.

oh thanks for the info. I don't think it has that feature. (not that I'm aware of)
