Is there an updated cut setting for a cameo 4? I can’t seem to get the right one to work for it and I hate trashing the paper since cut wot go thru! It’s a bit frustrating!

I found that for (Cricut) Premium Vinyl Holographic threads/ Permanent Glossy, Blade 3, force 15, Pass 1, speed 5 works best for Silhouette Cameo 4 (Auto blade)

I don't think she lied and intentionally left them out, I'm sure she just forgot. A lot of these videos are for facebook, and she transfers the video here after. They're probably on the blog. It's not like she was purposefully being manipulative.
