What an incredible journey this was. It was truly the trip of a lifetime! We started this Holy Land Pilgrimage in Jordan. After an overnight stopover at Bahrain, we got to explore the city of Amman. From the Citadle, where we saw the Temple of Hercules, we headed to Madaba, the land of fruits, and Mt Nebo, which is believed to be the burial site of Moses. Then on we went to the most beautiful Red Rose City of Petra.

Amazing Tour! Appreciated the historical facts/info presented. The limestone use is fascinating. I imagine that limestone is also a good heat deflector. Your Mother, on the camel, is really Hamming it up for the camera! Thanks so much for sharing. Wishing you and your family a Happy New Year!
