Home Alone is required viewing at my house for the holidays (also A Christmas Story). I'm always fascinated by not only the décor details inside but also the actual locations. It makes everything seem so real! Thank you Jordan for sharing a little bit of nostalgia for the holidays! ☀️🌴😊🥰☺️🦩❤️

I rewatched this a week ago and found out a local theatre is showing it over the Xmass weekend. I saw this opening weekend when it was released. I remember the laughter rather nonstop laughing and the tears of joy emitted by the audience. The theatre had to cancel showings for other movies to do more showings for Home Alone to meet the demand for the lines that were out the door.

Hey, this was cool to see. Home Alone has been my favorite Christmas movie for YEARS, I'm 42 and still watch it 4 times at Christmas. Thanks for sharing!

It’s so cool to see things still around from the movie. You kinda forget that they film in actual places, and when you see it in real life, it’s surreal. I would love to visit here, and the goonies house. I watched a video on that, and that whole area was a dream for me as a kid..

The owner that bought the house about 10 years ago, didn't realize how much of a tourist destination it is. Being a rather private family, they built the iron fence.

Great vlog! Carol, a close friend lives in Northbrook, Illinois, just down the road, and when I visited her, she took me to this house. Incidentially there is a John Hughes bench, near the library in Northbrook, which I have seen. Very touching and cool memorial to him and worth seeing.
