I am so grateful for your knowledge and clear direction. I am not going to have employees at first and will be offering more of senior personal trainer type services to start but this industry is just going to boom over the next few years for sure! First, this video is great! It sounds like youve put a ton of work into your policies and employee handbook. I was wondering if youve considered selling a template. I recognize it would need to be adapted to fit my home but you were so thorough in considering employee policies, resident care, etc. Similar to you i have a family, work full time, etc and my business is in development. I would be willing to pay for this. Thoughts?

Hi Fujica, we are in the process of figuring out how to become an Home Health Agency licensed in Ohio, but we are not sure if we need to or how to become a HHA before licensure w the state? We have our LLC.
Fujica, the Ca Social Services training plan requires entry level home aids to receive basic training like three hours of health and safety training. To satisfy the Ca State requirement for home aid training do you teach in house or use outside resources?
I am so impressed with your knowledge and personality and have been following all your wonderful videos. I have one question I do not think you have covered yet. I notice that some states do not require a license but do require the caregivers to have 8/10 hours certified training. Where can I go to learn where to go for this please. Patricia
