I don't know how many times I have watched this video and it won't be the last! Woweee!I!!! Awesome Austin!!! PG I love the way you just melt into your chair at the start and get that dreamy look on your face, eyes closed. One can't help it right? Stay safe.
Austin has such a full voice with lots of power. He’s so good. He earned his college degree in musical theater so he’s got the training. I love listening to him.
WHAT........AN.......INCREDIBLE VOICE! That was so so beautiful; actually a bit of tear jerker stuff. Thank you PG and thank you Austin. Magic! Stay safe.
Les Miserables is my all-time favorite musical. "Bring him home" is one of the "show stoppers" from the show, and he nailed it here. Great performance.
Did I enjoy this, You bet I did !!!! Austin is my favorite member of Home Free since the first time I watched them. He has it all, fabulous voice, so much energy, great performer and nice to look at. And a great songwriter too.
Thank you so much. I have heard Austin do this so many times and I never ever get tired of it. He has an amazing high tenor voice. We are blessed! It's quite special this song he does, as he always sings with so much emotion too. He can pretty much do any style which is what makes me enjoy his talent. Loved your reaction!
@@song7087 I never heard it live because they only do it at their Christmas shows and they never come to the West Coast (Oregon) at Christmas. They stay out on the East. But I just pull it up like you did and watch and listen many times. Thanks for always sharing and I love watching your reactions! You do a great job!!.
He has such a powerful voice. He had to adjust it (soften it down a bit) to sing with the guys cuz it can be so overpowering (in a good way!). He worked hard at losing his country drawl accent being a southern Georgia boy, & then had to bring it back for the group! LOL! They all have such diverse voices. Rob has a bit of a jazzy background, Tim has mostly country, Chris more pop, but can sing most anything, & Chance seems to bring a bluesy flavor into the mix. No wonder they're such a strong group. Don't know if you've heard Voctave, but it's another a capella group that's really good. They also sing at Disney World as The Voices Of Liberty in which Austin used to be part of before joining HF. Pretty cool!
@@song7087 I know what you mean...it does often seem like one is emphasized. Every member has an amazing amount of talent. Austin is my favorite, but what makes Home Free so special is when they join their talents together. I don't think they should ever go it alone. That was Chris' mistake....but he followed his heart.
Les Mis has been my all time favorite musical since the first time I watched it live my senior year of high school. This is amazing. I knew he had a great voice but this blew me away when I first heard it.
Man, you are gonna have the time of your LIFE!! I thought I knew. I mean, I'd watched hours and hours of live Home Free concerts and performances, but nothing prepared me for the actual live show. It was pure magic. These guys are truly special!
Austin has a very dynamic voice and he can belt those high notes. I loved this, they always surprise me every time I see them. I can't remember what you've done and what you haven't on Home Free songs, but you can't go wrong with choosing any of them, I haven't heard a bad one yet, they are all good.
Austin kills it on this song. So beautiful. Austin used to sing with a group at Disney World here in Fl.. Then after that he sang as a solo act on Cruise ships, where he met the guys. Hope you have a great time at the concert.
Thank you very much for reacting to this - Austin does such a wonderful job with it, and I love the way the others support him in showing just what a great musical theatre singer he could have been, if that's where his path had led him. The way in which they all seem to genuinely admire each other's talents and want to let each of them have the chance to shine, is one of things that makes me love them so much but also I suspect why they sound just so good together - it's about the group, not them as individuals pushing themselves forward.
Thank you for listening to it all the way through, living with the music as it's presented... Without 50 stops to put in misc comments... Your face was a joy to watch as they performed You just earned a subscriber... Hoping all your videos are like this
I listen to that one every once in a while, just because Austin does such a great job with it. There are quite a few recordings of it out there. Each one is slightly different, as they're all live. This one is one of the best. Thanks for sharing! :-D
I listen to this song every once in a while also, this one is very good !! Isn't is amazing he sounds this good recorded by a cell phone. So wish this could be available on a cd.
I kinda want to hear him sing "Empty Chairs at Empty Tables", I think it will suit him better than "Bring him home", but hey he did pretty great considering it's been years since the last time he sang theatrical. And his last belt is just too damn good! Usually I get so irritated when male voices do this kind of high-pitched/falsetto voice, but Austin is I think by far, the best.
For being a recording from a phone, this was just a WOW! Had never heard Austin's background before, except for them meeting on a cruise ship. Thanks for doing this one, Pat.
The Talent of Home Free is unsurpassed LIVE it slays you like no other... can’t even express the Feels that they make you feel inside and out!!!!😍😍😍😍😍😍🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥✌🏽Live Your reaction Get ready for HOME FREE LIVE; They WILL Blow Your MIND!😱🤗
Thank you so much for covering this! I don't know if I've missed it but I've not seen any other reactor cover this and Austin just blew it out of the water! It puts tears in my eyes and chills up my spine every time I listen to it.
So much talent in Home Free! Love your reactions. You are going to love them live - there’s nothing like it. Their videos are amazing but live you get the to humor, the sarcasm, you get to feel the bass - did I mention you can feel that bass (yes, that’s my favorite part). You think you can feel the bass with headphones - it’s NOT the same!! Enjoy the concert, let us know how you like it.
Wow. Les Miz is my daughter’s favorite Broadway show. Austin Brown has a beautiful, rich voice that you could hear from a distance. I think he’s holding back there because of the venue. I love your genuine reaction to his performance and thank you for not talking over it like other reviewers tend to do.
Eyes welling up watching this!! They should do more of this stuff!! Your reaction was priceless!! See you on the next reaction! Always enjoy your Home Free reactions!
We had the big PBS video for my mom, she loved it. My daughter can still sing every song. I admit, I sing quietly along with this one myself. Love it! Thank you! ^_^
Austin has such a beautiful voice. Here is a video that has him not only doing Bring Him Home, but Tim's dog Satchmo comes out and they do the What We're Thinking While We're Singing' skit and it has some hilarious and unexpected moments. Adam gets to show off his funny side a little. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-XH2qKN4KgB4.html Have an amazing time seeing the guys live!
Austin have a musical treasure in him and I hope he makes an album with the musicalsongs and other that he loves. Tim has an album from before, and the Rupp-brother who quit has one from after... Hope you have a great concert☺️
I saw them in Atlanta Georgia 2 months ago with the Dive Bar Saints Tour and it was amazing!!! Please tell us what you think of the concert. Your gonna love it!
Now that you have heard and reacted to Austin, please react to Tim Foust singing Can't Help Falling in Love. He also plays the piano. There is no video with this, just the music.
So glad you reacted to this. I'm not typically a country music fan, so I don't listen much to HF, but I love this song, and gave it a listen. This was beautiful, by all of them. There is one other performer who sang this who I could listen to many times over, Matt Cardle, and this is equal to that. Have fun at the concert!
I wish home free would also do acapella For the song stars and empty chairs empty tables. Those are my 2 favorites from les miserables. Also I wish I could find another fellow bearded brother who is manly but also appreciates the art and discipline at talent and purity behind music like this. Everyone I know listens to rap or country rap or rock music. Sick and tired of music without substance
Here's an old commercial spoof Rob did several years ago. Not good for a review perhaps, but it is Rob being....Rob. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-wjhPMPsj9kY.html
They brought it down a fair way - but as they sing in 'Forbidden Broadway - This Song's Too High! I guess that for the four-part harmony, maybe they had no choice. Not fair to judge the sound from a mobile phone recording.
Home Free is definitely one of my favorites but if you are interested here is a video of a group that is also amazing singing the same song. Please give it a listen. Watch "Vocal Spectrum - Bring Him Home" on RU-vid ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-zm6QHJThFAw.html
I would love to see your reaction to Linda Ronstadt's "Blue Bayou". Just a girl, guitars and a mic! Truly one of the best voices ever. Sadly, because of a neurological disease, she can no longer sing. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Kp9G0zkorio.html
