He uses some parts during the beatbox that can be done by breathing in, so he can keep going while taking a breath. Examples are probably 4:11, 4:43, around 4:49 especially 6:12 and so on.
I'm pretty sure my jaw was on the floor during that entire video. I've played the drums for decades, and Adam was SPOT ON with every single little move and sound!! This guy is otherworldly!
You being a fellow beat boxer, in your opinion, is a Beatboxer or a vocal percussionist? Either way, he has been blessed by God with this amazing talent.
@@aaronb2181 Speaking facts right here. And a lot of modern (aka New School) beatbox techniques require you to do them constantly to build the muscle around them so it will be natural for you to do the sounds. Esh btw
And that, my friends, is just his percussion talent. Ever hear his harmonica with Home Free in "Man Of Constant Sorrow"? He is, probably one of the most talented individuals I've ever heard. Hate to say it, but he is who we miss , when the others do their own thing, most of all!
Holy cow!!!! Adam, all I can say is, being marooned on a deserted island with you would NEVER feel like just two of us! You'd have an entire city of folks with you! This was great...thanks so much for the non-stop smiles!
@@Gigi-wo8yv What a lovely thing to say! Thank you, Gigi - you’ve made my absolutely HORRIBLE day bright and sunny once again! Be well, my friend and stay safe!
@@Gigi-wo8yv If you were complimenting me, thank you SO much! It is much appreciated! If you were not “speaking” to me, thank you anyway - for the moment of basking in “someone else’s” compliment! Be well, my friend. ❤️
My daughter has gone with me twice now to their concerts. She is in awe of his talent. We played lots of HF cds on a recent 4 day road trip. She can not believe the harmonica sounds he makes. I am fostering a brand new HF fan in her. She said she'd go see them anytime she could.
@Henry Dean great and you. I will bring a friend with me to the Troy Ohio concert in December. She knows nothing about them I think she will be a new fan too.
Every song Home Free performs Adam brings an awesome show of his hard work, passion, efforts, and dedication..... nothing less than an A-game of his truly remarkable talent!
My favorite Home Free cover to date has to be Elvira. Turning it into a collaboration with The Oak Ridge Boys took it over the top! Also, this particular arrangement of Elvira was done brilliantly! I hope Home Free continues to use this talented writer/musician as much as possible in the future........
I've never have gotten the pleasure of seeing Home Free in concert yet! He is so talented! Those of you who don't like this doesn't know Talent. It takes talent to do this!
In an interview I saw online he was asked which he was, and he answered that he calls himself a beatboxer. I would think what he does goes way beyond that, but he said beatboxer. Maybe he's just too modest.
Nicole Burgess I disagree. He has a very important part but not the most important! (There are some A Capella Groups without a Beatboxer.) I think that Adam, Tim and Austin are having a little bit more importance than the "backround singer" Rob and Chris. Now, Tim cannot REALLY by replaced by Adam Chance but a little bit, also Austin. Each member is "unrelaceable" in his own way. That's one Thing that makes them SO legendary.
Wow, this is amazing! Yes, sometimes I've thought the rhythm accompaniement to their singing had to be comiing from more than one person uisng no instruments but this has clearly demonstrated the awesome ability of a human to do this with voice alone.
Absolutely EXCEPTIONAL! HOME FREE are already exceptional but, with Adam, they are even MORE EXCEPTIONAL. According to grammatical rules, "exceptional" is already a superlative, so we are not supposed to be tempted to say "more exceptional". And yet... Adam is. Thank you for posting!!!
absolutely phenomenal Adam, what an absolute legend!! You make everything sound so authentic that it's hard to fathom where you got your incredible talent from but keep it up cos you are AMAZINGGGGG!!!!!!! 34 years on this land we call Earth and i've heard a lot but you are BY FAR the BESTTTTT!!!!!!!!!!
I've watched youtube videos of all kinds of beatbox performers. They are all amazing. The time and effort, not to mention natural talent it takes to be a vocal drum set is amazing. Hats off.
Have watched this so many times and just love it. It never gets old. Also just live the didgeridoo impression along with what I'm convinced is the impression of David Attenborough, highly acclaimed for his amazing programs of the natural world. That loud whisper is very recognisable for those who know it. And obviously that's on top of the drum kit solo sounds at the beginning and the more techno and DJ sounds of the second section. Just amazing
