“Mary did you know” is one of their best Christmas I feel!

Their song "Full of Cheer" is the song at the end of this video. It was written by the gentleman who began this song. His name is Tim Foust and he has an incredible bass voice but also has a five- octave range. Their Christmas masterpiece is "Do You Hear What I Hear" and their version of "what Child is This" is fantastic as well. Basically, anything Home Free does is amazing!

Totally agree with you! I think their newest Christmas song is "Mary Did You Know" done last year. Adam & Chance carried the phenomenal vocal percussions! (of course) 😉🎶 Thanks for your reaction too.

This is just a small sample of what they can do. There’s not a song they’ve done (cover or original) that isn’t a gem. “Do you hear what I hear” is a great song to hear Tim’s (1st soloist) bass and Adam’s (guy in the middle back) beatboxing. It’ll blow you away. I hope you stick with it because it’ll be one rabbit hole that you and we will enjoy. Great reaction!

Do You Hear What I Hear. Nothing else like it. It'll also give you a taste of what each singer can do. It's an older video, so Chris Rupp was still with the group. (BTW, the video was shot at an ice castle in Minnesota.) Other Christmas songs: Mary Did You Know, Angels We Have Heard On High, Full of Cheer, Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer, Warmest Winter, Cold Hard Cash. When Christmas is over, we'll let you know what other songs to check out. The HF rabbit hole 🕳 is deep! Subbing for more HF!

First welcome to the Home Free rabbit hole.Heres a little history: The group started in 2000 by brothers Chris and Adam Rupp .They are the first and only known country a cappela group but they can honestly sing any genre. They won The Sing Off season 4 2013 that’s where they became very popular. Fans of Home Free are known as Home Fries .Ok now let’s introduce you to the guys : Chris Rupp : Baritone (cowboy hat) One of the co founders of the group from Minnesota . Left in 2016 to pursue a solo career . Adam Rupp :beatboxer - tenor ( Freak of nature) can make any sound imaginable second co founder also from Minnesota . Austin Brown - High Tenor ( Long Reddish hair ) voice of an angel from Georgia .Rob Lundquist - Low tenor ( beard and glasses) very soulful voice from Minnesota. Tim Foust : Bass (long dark hair now short with grey streak) 5+ octave range from Texas. Adam Chance : Baritone/ Bass ( Chance a because two Adams is confusing ) silky smooth voice replaced Chris Rupp in 2016 has short dark hair and usually wears a baseball hat is from Alabama. There’s not a song that you pick from them that is bad ( I haven’t found one yet) they do covers and have a lot of original songs to. As for Christmas music : Full of Cheer, Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer, Warmest Winter, Winter Song, Beautiful Star Of Bethlehem with Jeffrey East and The Oak Ridge Boys, Do You Hear What I Hear ( a must ) ,Cold Hard Cash , Away In The Manger ,Mary Did You Know, Children Go Where I Send Thee with Kenny Rodgers , Christmas In Dixie with Alabama , Hope this helps😊Happy Holidays

Welcome to Home Free! My favorite 3 favorite Christmas songs they sing are Do You Hear What I Hear, Full of Cheer (the one at the end of this video) and Cold Hard Cash (for Christmas). They have others that I love, but these are my favorites. Thank you and enjoy! ^_^

Welcome to the world of Home Free! Be prepared to have your mind blown over and over again. For a fun, original one I would do Full of Cheer. For a mind blowing, fun version of a classic I'd do their live performance of Joy to the World (Hosanna Concert and for an absolute mind blowing arrangement by their beatboxer I'd do Do You Hear What I Hear.

Home Free is the real deal. They are known for great harmonies and they can all sing. The first singer was Tim, who’s the bass. He has a 5 octave range so he can sing super low and sing up in the tenor range. Tim is from Texas. Austin, other lead singer, is from Georgia, the other 3 are from Minnesota. The man in the cowboy hat is Chris Rupp. He’s the baritone but left the band in 2016 and was replaced by Chance in newer videos. Chris’ brother is Adam, back row blond hair and he’s the amazing beatboxer. Rob (glasses) is from Minnesota and is a tremendous singer. Full of Cheer is the song at the end. Try Mary Did You Know, Angels We Have Heard on High (filmed in the same church), Do You Hear What I Hear, Silent Night, Cold Hard Cash.

Subbed for HF - welcome to the world of Home Fries! We will follow you down the HF rabbit hole and we're very loyal! The two songs in this reaction (O' Holy Night and the outro song, Full of Cheer) and my favorite Christmas song by HF (Do You Hear What I Hear) were all recorded when Chris Rupp was still with the group. Chris and his brother Adam were original founders of the group in Minnesota. Chris is in the cowboy hat in this video; Adam is in all black clothing, center back. Adam is an amazing beat boxer. This song is one of very few in which he doesn't provide perfect percussion with his voice. The rest of the guys are Rob Lundquist (beard), Tim Foust (first singer in this video), Austin Brown (younger looking guy in this video) Can't wait to watch you discover and explore their endless talent!

This song was my first introduction to Home Free--and they've been my favorite musicians ever since! Love it when these guys voice the harp/bell tones🔔 Besides the unbelievable harmonies--and gorgeous church backdrop--getting to hear Adam Rupp's sweet tenor actually singing is a real treat ❣️🎼🥰🎶❤️ Check out their version of "Mary, Did You Know?" and their absolute masterpiece of "Do You Hear What I Hear"

Do "Angels We Have Heard On High" or "Silent Night" for more of these gorgeous harmonies! And "Auld Lang Syne" for New Year's! 😳🥰 For something fun, try an original called "Cold Hard Cash" written by Austin! 😜 For a tissue-worthy video and beautiful voices, definitely check out "I'll Be Home for Christmas". One of my personal favorites. For some soul singing, listen to a couple of their collaborations... "Go Tell It on the Mountain" (with a band called Texas Hill) and "Children, Go Where I Send Thee" (with the legendary Kenny Rogers just a couple years before his passing)! Both are great renditions. 🎶😘 Oh! Another collaboration for Christmas was live with the Oak Ridge Boys & Jeffrey East called "Beautiful Star of Bethlehem". Their version of "Mary, Did You Know?" is a beautiful arrangement. 💕 A killer arrangement by the beatboxer, Adam Rupp, of "Do You Hear What I Hear?" is like nothing you've ever heard before! It is amazing! 🤯💕 Another GREAT one with a total jazz feel is their awesome version of "Joy to the World" (Hosanna concert LIVE 2013) O M G!! Rob cuts loose. Actually, they all do! This concert was held the night before the final episode of "The Sing-Off". They knew they'd already won, but couldn't tell anyone! Haha The concert was at the church the founding brothers (Adam and Chris Rupp) grew up going to. SO good! Highly recommended. OK I think I've given you enough to start with. lol 😜😉👍

Best harmonies I have ever heard. 4 lead singers, 1 beatboxer, though he sang harmony in this one. All 5 can beatbox (only one is a true master) AND sing tenor... 2 regular bass singers though the beatboxer can hit bass notes. 2 released an opera song recently. They can lose their accents if called for. Just about every genre you can imagine.

They do lean towards country but they sing all genre's. Some recommendations: I can't outrun you, The Driver, How Great thou art, One-man Band, Some Girls Do, and some originals, DIVE BAR SAINTS, Understand, Save the World, Catch me if you can, Cross that Bridge...that should get you started after Christmas...

Dude, these guys harmonize that well from training. Each shaping his mouth in such a way to allow for better blending, to prevent rasping sounds, etc. There's more going on than just 5 voice that go well together. The vocal ranges of these guys is outrageous, too. You ain't heard nothing, yet. They tend to mostly do covers, while bettering the originals. They never do any bad takes. Never sound harsh. You haven't heard the deep bass, or the incredible beatboxer, yet. Enjoyed your enjoyment.

I loved watching with you! Liked and subscribed. Only three are southern, Austin Brown (high tenor) from Georgia, Tim Foust from Texas (Bass), Adam Chance (baritone) from Alabama, Rob Lundquist (tenor) and Adam Rupp (beatboxer extraordinaire) from Minnesota. Chris Rupp (Cowboy hat) and Adam Rupp founded the group, but Chris went out on his own, and Adam Chance took his place, several years ago. These guys each one, have outstanding voices and impeccable harmony, and are close friends. They cover many genres and original songs as well as covers, which in my opinion, they upgrade. You won't find a bad song. I'm here for it! Thank you for your reaction and enjoy!

Love to see the look on new reactors faces when they first check out our guys, Home Free. Subbed so I wouldn't miss your next venture into the Home Free rabbit hole. The song you saw at the end of their video is "Full of Cheer" a Home Free original. After that I hope you check out "Mary Did You Know", the harmonies are world class as well as the beat boxing. If you keep checking out Home Free you're going to find they are amazingly versatile and always, always phenomenal. The gentleman in the cowboy hat is one of the original founders of Home Free, Chris Rupp. He is no longer with the guys. Three are from Minnesota, one is from Texas and one from Georgia. The new guy you'll see in newer videos is from Alabama. PS. Be sure and check out their version of "Do You Hear What I Hear" it will blow you mind. Thank You for the joy. New subscriber and great reaction, too! I love it when people discover Home Free. For some more Christmas: Do You Hear What I Hear, Mary Did You Know, Full of Cheer, Snow Globe, What Christmas Means To Me. They are a freakishly talented group of fellas! They can make you laugh sometimes, they can make you cry sometimes but they always impress. Here's a cheat sheet on the group: Adam Rupp, co-founder of HF and the awesome beatboxer. Tim Foust, bass. He has a five-octave range. Robb Lundquist (glasses and beard) Tenor Harmony. Austin Brown, Lead Tenor. Adam Chance, Baritone ( goes by Chance). Chance replaced Chris Rupp (co-founder) who left in 2016. Take Me Home Country Roads is phenomenal but you might also want to check out Dreamer, When A Man Loves A Woman, End Of The Road, One Man Band, I Swear, Blue Ain't Your Color, Dive Bar Saints and Folsom Prison Blues. For some funny ones: Butts Medley, All About That Bass, Champagne Taste, Hillbilly Bone. For some serious ones: How Great Thou Art, Go Rest High On That Mountain. When you are familiar with all the boys and their vocal roles, do Mayday. And last but not least, Brothers In Arms. It is haunting and beautiful. They have recently released several new songs that you will want to check out. Welcome to the Home Free rabbit hole!

You have been introduced the best a capella band in the business. Founded in Mankato, Minnesota, the frozen north in winter time. Tim, the first singer is from Texas. Austin, the second singer,is from Georgia. They are the first a capella country band. They won The Sing Off in 2013. Mary Did You Know, beautiful. Do You See What I See,done in an ice castle in Minnesota, Full of Cheer, written by Tim Foust, the bass singer, is on the comedic side. As is Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer, Cold Cash. Sweet and sad,a song written by him for his Grandma is Warmest Winter. They are amazing. Their beat boxer is the best in the business,a founder of Home Free with his brother. One to look up on line, and has no copy write issues is the Hosanna Concert,2013 Joy to the World. I think you would really enjoy their take on the song. Thank you for your great reaction! Chris Rupp, was the co-founder of Home Free (in 2000) & left in 2016 for a solo career & other endeavors. His brother, Adam Rupp, the other co-founder, is their vocal percussionist extraordinaire! Chris was replaced with Adam "Chance" Ray (called "Chance" since there are 2 Adams) from South Alabama! So you won't be confused, any videos before 2016 will have Chris in them & after 2016 will have Chance, who now lives in California (why ? I don't know)! The bass singer who sang first is Tim Foust & he's from South Texas. He's a basso profundo with a 5+ octave range. He now lives in Nashville, TN. Austin Brown, who sang last, is their high tenor & he's from South Georgia. He now lives in Nashville, TN. If you want to react to THE best Christmas songs, here's a Home Free list: "Do You Hear What I Hear", "Mary Did You Know", "Silent Night", "Angels We Have Heard On High". These guys are the most talented goofballs you'll ever see so their fun ones are: "What Christmas Means to Me", "Full of Cheer" (an original), "Cold Hard Cash" (original) & "Grandma Got Run Over By a Reindeer"! You have a deep rabbit hole to explore with Home Free (about 200 videos & adding more about every 2 weeks)! 🤗&😘from SE Tennessee, USA! Merry Christmas!🌟⛪🛐🎄🎀

Tim (the guy that started) is from Texas but lives in Nashville now. The second lead is Austin and is from Georgia but lives in Nashville as well. The other three are all from Minnesota. The guy with the cowboy hat and the guy without the beard are brothers and started the group. The cowboy hat guy (Chris) left a few years back to do his own thing and they brought in Adam Chance who they call Chance since Chris's brother is named Adam as well. Chance is from Alabama but lives in LA now. Adam and Rob, the beard, still live in Minnesota. The groups producer lives in Minnesota so, in a way, they are still a Minnesota group. I love this song of theirs because you get that amazing five part harmony. Just as amazing, however, is hearing one of their more contemporary songs (all have some type of country flavor IMHO) with Adam (the brother one) doing the beatboxing or vocal percussion. He is phenomenal. In their cover of Marry Did You Know he shows how he can do it in a subtle way and shows why many consider him a master of vocal percussion more so than just a beatboxer. The one at the end is an original named Full of Cheer Another fun original is Cold Hard Cash (and less have reacted to that one)

KAIREEM- Someone else mentioned it already, but I wanted to put my 2 cents (2 pence?) in. Please react to “Do You Hear What I Hear?” Most of my life it just was, what it was, a traditional Christmas Carol. They gave it LIFE and made it so much MORE!! It truly has become one of my absolute favorite Christmas songs…I might even have to pull it out in May or July or October, just because!!!

Great reaction! New subscriber! Came for the Home Free! IMO Home Free is the best acapella group out there! They are described as country acapella but they do all genres of music. They also have a lot of Christmas songs. Some you can check out are, Do you hear what I hear?, Full of Cheer, What Christmas means to me, Mary, did you know? And many more. And after the Christmas season you can check out the huge catalog of other music by these 5 talented guys. They are all phenomenal vocalist individually, but together they are other worldly. Thank you for your reaction and welcome to your Home Free journey!!! You'll be a Home Fry ( a Home Free fan) before you know it!

You haven't already, please rant to their version of "Do You Hear What I Hear". It's like nothing you've ever heard. It's one of my favs out of all their songs. They have a huge selection of songs to listen to because they've been together for so long. Only Tim if from Texas. In total now there are three from the south and two from Minnesota. One of the founders, Chris, left and Chance took his place. Thanks for the video! Would love to see more Home Free. You've been missing out.

This video was also the first time ever I saw Home Free!!! I was thoroughly impressed! I am one of the rare people that like their early stuff better than the more recent. Please start at the beginning, when they appeared the American TV show "The Sing off". Their album, "Dive Bar Saints", in my opinion, is one of the best albums of all time.

The newest Christmas song (I think) is "Mary, Did You Know" which was done for Christmas last year ('21), but they do have quite a few otherwise (my favorite is "Do You Hear What I Hear"). The bass (Tim) is from Texas. 2nd singer (Austin) is from Georgia and the other three fellows are from Minnesota.
