This has quickly become my favorite Home Free song !! This was written by Austin, he did a terrific job. Thanks for your reaction, I am loving your Home Free journey.
Home Free's version of baby making music! While I don't think this will ever be one of my favorites, it's still a lovely song written by Austin. These guys are awesome!
I love this video! Austin is such a talented song writer. Of course the singing, harmonies & beatboxing are terrific - they always are. The fire dancers are simply amazing. Adam's hair looks so good loose; however, given all the fires and the length of Austin's, it was probably best it was in a ponytail. You missed the ending - with Tim hypnotized and Adam & Chance literally playing with fire!
This was written by Austin, Andrew Tufano, Jeffrey East and Ernie Halter. The Stargazer Trilogy was also written by Austin and others. This is a fantastic song, I like it even more after seeing the video. Enjoyed watching your reaction to this song.
That is such a great original song! Rob & Austin do a nice job taking lead on this. Love the guys harmonies, Tim's bass & Adam's awesome vocal percussion. Also really like the video with the fire & the dancers.
So beautiful! Austin and his co-writers did an awesome job. I never thought Austin could look 👀 any hotter, but I was wrong!🤯🫠🥵 I think all that hotness oozing off of him lit the flames!!😉🔥🔥🔥 So beautiful with Rob starting off with his wonderful voice and all the harmonies and Austin’s voice, of course with Adam holding it all together! Nothing but greatness from these guys always! The fire dancers were a really cool part of this, fit really well with the theme if the song!❤️🔥👏
Hello, Josh, this is FIRE, Austin wrote it, and he nailed it! And Adam plays the whole orchestra as usual and can't forget the others. Hugs from a FRIES🫂🫂💞💞
Austin wrote this one. He’s been on fire lately…hahahaha. Yeah, if you watch the last few seconds the boys talk about it a bit. Love the song and video….Fire! Good one Josh!🥰🔥🔥
It’s so much fun, watching someone get hooked on Home Free. I think this one is a little more nuanced and intricate than you caught. (only my opinion), however, I’m definitely with you on Stargazer lilies. (#2 is my favorite). The harmony and singing ability of each one is spectacular, yet the glue and stitching that holds it all together, and separates Home Free from the others is Adam’s background beats. So overlooked.
Yes you can say that this song is fire! One of my favorites from the album or maybe even my favorite. How Rob starts so beautifully very quietly and then just like with fire the flames go higher and higher, so the song went through Austin here as well. The incredible harmony was of course also present here, just like the super bassline and awesome beatboxing. Wonderful was also the video with that couple playing spectacularly with the fire. Home Free actually looks very simple, but it is still beautiful. The dark with the light of the fire. Top! Here Home Free shows again that they really can sing anything.
Thx Josh. Always enjoy your reactions a lot. HF's last 2 albums have mostly originals. Dive Bar Saints and Catch Me if You Can are very good. One of the best is Dreamer - it is fab either the original or a live version with Texas Hill. A couple other suggestions are Try Everything and Bless the Broken Road. Of course still many more
A great new original, sung with Home Free’s masterful skills! Be sure to watch to the end - they don’t always have an outro/postlude but when they do we often get additional info about the song or something that relates to it.
Austin wrote this with two co-writers he has written with often - Andrew Tufano (four songs on this album alone) and Jeffrey East (2 songs on this album and many other HF/Austin/Tim songs), and then Ernie Halter who co-write Warmest Winter with Tim. Quite a set of writers.
Everyone needs a little jazzy seduction in their lives -- wow! Austin wrote this one, and took it home with the other guys adding to the heat. Good thing Adam's hair didn't get caught in the flames, and good thing that Austin's even longer hair was pulled back into a ponytail! Boys playing with fire can be a hazard. Enjoyed your reaction.
Fan of long hair on guys (for those who look good with it...such as Austin, yourself and Adam although do wish he'd had his signature bandana, black, of course). Nervous seeing Adam's long locks so close to the flames. (He and Chance just a tad bit too intrigued by the fire in the outro and the behind-the-scenes of which I've seen a clip). This has throwback feel to 80s/90s. Kinda jazzy. Both the style of the song and concept of the video showing more creativity by the guys. Know someone whose wife's many cousins are in Lahaina and all have lost their homes and businesses. Soooo, odd juxtaposition of watching this with various reactors the last few days (entertaining use of fire) while, at the same time, viewing videos of the devastation and loss being experienced in Maui.
Now go back and watch this video again. You missed both parts of the actual end. One thing with Home Free (and VoicePlay and Geoff) is that you NEVER assume the video is over until the patreons' names begin scrolling.
You turned it off too soon. They had a little follow-up where Adam, Chance and Tim clowned around with fire while Rob and Austin added their normal mentioning their schedule.
Of the trilogy I liked “Give Me a Sign” best. I really like this one, but would have love a bit more R&B. Not quite enough passion in the vocals to match the lyrics.
@@scottrogers7242 If you had watched to the end, you would know that Josh asked how we liked this song compared to the Stargazer Trilogy. I was replying to his generous request for feedback.
Why are you in such a hurry to leave the reaction, without listening a little past the end of the song to get tidbits from the boys? Irritating AF, sir. Home Fries don't like half-assed reactions.
