Did Chest and Triceps at home today using Barbell and Kettle bells, max bench weight sadly is only 40kg. But Damn my chest was on fire, think it's a combo of the less weight more reps seems to work for me. Did normal bench press incline and Flys, then Triceps using Resistance bands and Dumbells, ended up totally pumped, so it can be done people, stay safe and keep training.👍🏻💪🏼

You and Martins Licis need to do an Exergenie collab when the quarantine thing is over. This is what he used for his Conan's Wheel training at the Arnolds. He should be just down the road from you. (A bit over 6 hours on I5 since The Training Hall is in LA.)

Bet that thing gets pretty warm after a pull 😀 Total guess, but the shape makes me think of a shock, and it's somehow converting the linear motion of the rope into forcing hydraulic fluid through a small aperture..?

Wished it was a bit more affordable. Basically a sled and weights with line and harness. Ropes not included so you can do sled drag and pull it. But no stationary pull. Sick piece of gear for those that want to train and stay at home. I almost want it for endurance but damn, I live 2 hours from Alan but that price sucks. It’s as much as a new speciality bar.

garage gym revieuws showed us how to make an awesome power rack under 50 bucks and probbly 2=3 hours of work. since you alrdy made strongman equipment urself, maybe u can show us how to make a bar and weights?
