There’s a vein of gypsum that runs along the east bench that has caused concern. The Cedar City website has a map of those areas that is quite helpful! Note: while there have been issues in some neighborhoods, not all homes have had issues. It’s important to get the history, if it’s available, for individual homes in these areas.
