Home made ice cream cassata has different creamy crunchy and chewy textures from the pistachio nuts and ricotta cheese.
You don't need an ice maker just use your spatula or whisk.

Tip
Make the ricotta cheese smooth with your whisk.
Pick your favorite mixed dry fruits and mixed nuts.
Highly recommend the pistachio nuts.
Drain the canned fruits well.
Leave for about 30-40 minutes before serve.

200g Ricotta cheese
200ml Fresh cream
6Tbsp Sugar
80g Canned fruits
80g Mixed fruits
60g Roasted crushed pistachio
Save some pistachio nuts to sprinkle over the ice cream
