There isn't one person who decides to raise prices. It's the effect of supply and demand. In Southern Oregon, demand has been much greater and prices have gone up as a result. As you can see in the video...

Judging by the number of $80,000 SUVs driving around, people are not broke. Or at least they don't feel as broke as they are.

could prices be going up because people buying for realestate instead of buying their own homes ? the same thing dealerships did during covid

@@danielgarcia-my6ey The home ownership rate, percentage of occupied housing units where resident is the owner, has been going up since 2015. It's not back up to 2005 levels but it's way above the 1985-95 period.
