Absolutely breathtaking home. The opulence and scale and details are all breathe taking, but with in that same stroke equally warm, cozy, and inviting. The team crushed it on this one!! Anthony your crisp eye for detail from the floors to the molding to the panelling is all reflect to the viewer. The design of the floor to the crown molding and trim is really next level. Those hours spent on AUTOCAD definitely paid off!

My home is on the small side, and the main room is open plan; kitchen living and dining. I decided to keep the two area rugs identical in order to keep the space calm, cohesive and consistent. I love the result!

Great video again Sophie and interesting to hear about the design process from the experts. Anthony is a natural as well as a genius! In your window dressing video can you perhaps share some tips for small spaces please? As much as I love seeing these fabulous projects somethings just don't translate to a small apartment. I am not overlooked and am fortunate to have a lovely view so window treatments don't need to be practical. Any advice would be welcome. I'm learning so much from your videos. I was in my local interiors shop looking for cushions and immediately spotted a Sophie Paterson x Andrew Martin cushion. I was stupidly pleased with myself for seeing it and felt like quite the design buff for knowing the provenance!

I’m guilty of being a voyeur of lovely and interesting homes. My evening walks are devoted to my hobby. Since finding your channel , about a year ago, I can snuggle in on a rainy evening and still indulge. All the best to you and your fabulous team.

The leaves 🍂 are just phenomenal 🤩 I am in awe! 🫢 Dusting them however, is another thing 😅 I would have loved to have seen a grand piano in the entrance hall in place of the table and seating around it.

I do love everything you do! Your design style exudes luxury at its best. If I humbly could add or say something it would be that I would love to see more colors in your designs. For me, it feels like you gravitate towards the same color patterns. And honestly I love it but I wonder, actually I know you will be amazing in a different color direction, and so, I am looking forward to see it.

Hi Sophie, thank you thank you sooo much for doing another video. Anthony was great too. It was really nice to see both of you. I agree that your videos are so soothing & calm. No hurried ness in there which is amazing , it kind of make us calm too. I am doing an open plan extension which is about 65 square meter and then the existing kitchen on top of that. I have few questions, which kind of flooring I should go for , tiles or engineered wood ? Tiles are too hard for feet & cold but the engineered wood will have problem to spillages so cant decide. Your opinion would be really helpful. 2nd thing that the ceiling has a pitched roof so it will have 2 high pitches. One area I am using for family sitting/ tv & other one is for dining table. Now the question is that should I put chandeliers on the highest point or no ? Cause highest point might not be in the middle because of the width of fireplace with the tv above it & dining room cabitnery’s width on the either ends of extension. Especially for the sitting area should the chandelier should be in the middle of your seating & fireplace / tv or should I stick to the highest point of the ceiling?? ❤❤❤❤

This is absolutely beautiful! I can't get over the leaf structure, incredible. That pool is also extremely beautiful but Olympic size is 50m so probably half that as a standard 25m? (Your standard leisure centre size which is still pretty damn big!)

I’ve never joined a live stream but that’s probably because most creators I follow are in the US and so the time zones don’t work out. Sounds a bit stressful for you… Maybe do a panel with Brett and Anthony (or other brave colleagues) so you have other people tackling the questions while you moderate.

Very nicely done though it feels more commercial than residential. Probably let out often for short term luxury lets’ rather than a family home. The fact that nothing happens “just by chance”. Is what’s missing imo.
