Wait homelander is faster than raiden? Remember if you hit armstrong with blademode from the front while he's healing he'll react in the slowed time, grab the sword, and headbutt raiden. This puts him at relative if not higher speeds than raiden.

@@ThrillerXeroThe flight would be a massive problem, until Homelander gets too cocky, which is basically instantly, he’s not used to fighting on even CLOSE to even footing before.

Tbh I don't see Sam winning, he managed to cut Armstrongs arm because it turned into normal flesh so he could easily cut it, homelander is always invincible except for his inner ears and probably eyes, but even then he probably has some form of healing factor and I don't think Sam's armour could stop homelands heat vision, raiden would most likely win Purley from his durability

@@Sundowner13 He would beat him rather easily. He's relative to Ripper Raiden overall, who's much stronger than Homelander in everything from combat speed to durabilty, etc... Given his speed feats, i very much doubt Homelander would be able to even hit him with his lasers and the Murasama ignores regular durability so that's all he'd need. I don't know if they actually mention why the nano machines counter HF blades, but it deffinetly has something to do with more than just being really hard. Maybe they resonate the blade's frequency and it stops it from cutting? idk do tell if you know.

Neither that "cyborg" nor that "katana" would be normal-ish weapons. High Frequency blade is capable of getting through lot of stuff and combined with Raiden`s strength can easily cut in half parts of machines made to survive nuclear war. Point can be made that Raiden (cyborg in question) could also defeat Homelander

Or homelander could concentrate his heat vision on Armstrongs weak spot, if the HF blade can wear down the nanomachines I'm pretty sure homelanders lasers, which do equal damage to a persons body would be able to aswell

@@Sundowner13 It's a possibility, but I still think it's difficult. HF blades cut by separating the bonds of atoms, as far as I saw, Homelander only cut and pierced people and had little physical resistance. Even without shielding he would barely burn Armstrong's flesh.
