You guys said you show every step but then completely skip putting the carb back together after taking it apart. I followed along and broke it down and cleaned it, now struggling to get it back together.
My blower start but only stays on full trotle. Stalls all the time. If I take it apart like u did I will have pieces left. Lol. Good video. Thanks for sharing
I missed the main part I was watching the video for re installing the diaphragm back is there only one way it fits back on I cleaned mine and still no go I did miss cleaning the screen which I over looked but all n all the carb seemed to be really clean so do I have a bad diaphragm I did not replace it yet primer works good tank is clean filter is clean if I prime more then 1 or 2 pumps it floods itself even when sitting it leaks on to ground what am I missing here
This is the first IC lawn equipment engine I am aware of that does not have a filter of some type to capture air borne dirt/dust. That screen is not what I consider a filter. What was Homelite thinking??
All I wanted to know is which line has the fuel filter, which we see is on the left, and is connected to the inboard side of the carburetor. Both my hoses were completely dried and cracked off at the gas tank, so I wouldn't know. The end of this video, therefore, told me EVERYTHING I want to know. Thanks.
If you noticed in the video, there is no traditional foam air filter, just that screen part in the center circular hole! I just bought this same unit at Walmart branded as Hyper Tough (Walmart's brand), same exact machine.
