OMG THANK YOU YOVANA I APPRECIATE THIS video hahah. This is amazing because banana is one of my most best tasting fruits of this life and most reliable and most amazing. Also, your RU-vid channel and what you do is amazing . I love the going raw and I might try going raw in my lifestyle at a time
I made this tonight for the first time. I can’t believe how creamy it got! I can’t finish anywhere near all 4 bananas’ worth which means I can put the rest back in the freezer for later. I made the vanilla with extra cinnamon because I really love cinnamon, but I think I want to try it with peanut butter or PB2 powder next time. 🥜🍌
I’m going to make this with dark chocolate chips and walnuts mixed in. Sorry Ben & Jerry but this is a healthy version of chunky monkey. I’m so EXCITED
Yes needed this! My bananas are just starting to turn was thinking banana bread but feeling way to lazy lol this is a great way to use them up fast and easy.. ❤❤❤ Thank you!! and no added sugar
Love your healthy recipes. I just bought a Cuisinart ice cream maker and I’m wondering if you could show some healthy recipes for that. I made one recipe out of their recipe book is so full of sugar and cream and I am into healthy things.
I use my masticating juicer to make banana ice cream, and it works awesome! as long as you cut them up beforehand. never thought of the coffee idea. I will DEF try that one... great video, Y!!!
I have been making banana ice cream for years and have discovered that adding a bit of peanut butter or techina paste makes the ice cream much better and creamier and it is easier to serve after it is refrozen. I made 2 layers this week, coffee and chocolate. Yummy
@@veeherreraJanecka Sometimes I freeze it in a plastic container with a lid and sometimes in a disposable loaf pan for easy slicing. make sure to cover it well so it won't get icy
I’m so excited to make this again! I use to make it all the time and now it’s gonna come in handy for me because I can’t eat regular ice cream anymore 😢 but that’s ok cause I love making nice ice I actually went out this morning to buy bananas 🍌 and I love bananas so much 😋 I never tried cacao powder before so that’s gonna be interesting. Thank you so much for sharing this video.😊
I tried cacao powder for the first time about 2 weeks ago and I love it. I bought a large bag of Better Body Foods Organic Cacao powder for about $10. Excellent!
I have heard that it could taste too banana esque. I used to make shakes with bananas and they also tasted too banana. Probably one needs some flavoring to mask the banana taste. Probably coffee or cocoa or something else that can make you forget it is bananas. Maybe a little skim milk or oat milk or some imitation milk that tastes different from bananas. Unless one loves the taste of bananas. But I do not know what.
WTH is this? Ice cream without any dairy (or any liquid at all)? How about you label your video "Homemade Blended Frozen Bananas" or something like that instead of posting misinformation? Thank you!
I just made tasty chocolate “gelato”, I wanted to share it: 2 C frozen watermelon chunks 1/2 C frozen dark cherries Put into food processor with 3 TBS MCT oil (to help not freeze solid) 31 C cocoa ( more or less to taste) 1 C water 1/4 C erythritol 1 tsp almond oil Pulse for a couple minutes, then Blend until smooth and we’ll combined I can’t even taste the watermelon. It’s just a tangy sweet chocolate flavor. 😋 Yum! Try it!
Thank you very much for sharing the information video. Ceylon cinnamon is better. The common cinnamon sold in most grocery stores is toxic if consumed regularly. However it does help with glucose control. Ceylon cinnamon doesn't give that benefit but at least it's not toxic🙏😇
