Homemade Beef Jerky 

This is how I make Beef Jerky at home in the Excalibur Digital 9 Tray Dehydrator. My whole family loves the Jerky and it NEVER lasts longer than a week or two before its all eaten. Make sure you educate yourself on food safety before making your own Jerky.
I rate the Jerky I make at home, better than ANY store bought product, because I can make it EXACTLY how I, friends or family like it!
