Dear Monique, baked this cake 2 hrs ago, just had a large piece, it is more than good. Fantastic. The only thing left out was the coconut extract, as its difficult to find in my country, but added some more coconut flakes and coconut milk. Thanks for such a wonderful recipe. ✨✨✨

So many comments and yet so hard to find one that will show how will it tastes like😂 I googled 3/4cup butter and most websites had different value🙃 opted for 185g butter. I also reduced the sugar because that's a lottt of it. Used 190g and my mom said it will be better if it's a less sweeter. I guess 170-190g is the best for those who really dont like sweets? Baked in 7 inch tray and i will say that 160C is perfect just that you might need to cover the top if it brown so fast. Also my 2cup of flour came out to be around 233g (fluffed and spooned into measuring cup) and I didnt make any icing since it's sweet enough. Will definitely do this cake again because it's so fluffy and delicious especially if eaten the next day What I used (in grams since I have trust issue because of cups measurement🙃): 233g superfine flour 2tsp baking powder 3g pink salt 190g sugar 185g butter 3 grade A eggs 6g vanilla (didn't use coconut extract) 1/2cup milk 1/2cup coconut milk 20g unsweetened shredded coconut

I used your recipe girl I am telling you that is one good coconut pound cake. Nice and moist. from the batter to the pan to the oven to the plate. I didn't have any coconut milk but I did have coconut yogurt delicious delicious delicious. Thank you for sharing that recipe
I absolutely love this recipe. Let me tell you why. I LOVE coconut flavor but not the flakes. I can just simply leave them out because the flavor will do it for me. I believe this will be great for my thanksgiving table. Be blessed
