Hey, y'all! I thought I would share a quick video of how to make cream of whatever condensed soup. This recipe creates the amount of 1 can of cream of (mushroom, chicken, or whatever).
You can double the amount if you need more. If you double and want cream of mushroom soup, add 8 oz of mushrooms and brown it before making the roux.
Or add chicken broth for cream of chicken soup!
I have gluten sensitivities, so I used Cassava Flour, but you could use all-purpose or an all-purpose gluten-free blend that is 1:1 ratio to all-purpose flour.
For the milk, use whatever plain milk you have on hand. I only use nondairy milk (almond or oat) in my house.
