If you place your eggs, sugar, corn flour with a little of the milk, whisk into a lovely runny paste, then add the milk it will avoid the original cornflour lumps 🇬🇧🇬🇧

I tried this recipe, easy procedure, and it really tastes good, rate is 10/10, perfect I used evap milk, i did 1c of evap and 1c water for (2c whole milk)

Yes. Or after you have cooked it & see its to thick you can add some milk you heated in the microwave. Or use cream to thin it out to the consistency you want.
