Very important information!!!
If you are not sure about the quality of the eggs, then it is better not to prepare this recipe,
because this recipe uses eggs without heat treatment. This can be dangerous if the eggs have not passed veterinary inspection.
We need:
Savoiardi cookies ~300g
Mascarpone 500g
4 eggs
Sugar powder 100g
Vanilla sugar 1 teaspoon
espresso coffee 2 cups
cocoa powder 1-2 tablespoons
Whip up the whites well until they form a stable foam.
Whip up the yolks with powdered sugar.
Add mascarpone and vanilla sugar to the whipped yolks.
Gradually add the whites to the mascarpone mixture and mix very carefully.
If you like very wet Tiramisu, then it is better to dip Savoyardi in coffee on both sides.
If you like moist tiramisu, dip the cookies on one side only.
Let the cake sit in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours, or better leave it there overnight.
For such a number of products I was able to fill two forms: 13×20×5.5 and 17×24×6.5
