Libby, all the ingredients required to make the Xacuti Masala Powder are clearly mentioned in the video along with the quantities and time required to dry roast each individual ingredient.

Thank you so much Satana. If you follow the quantities for each ingredient given in our recipe it will give you around 1.2 kg of Xacuti Masala. You just need to multiply the quantity of each ingredient used in our recipe by 4 times and you will get around 4.8 kilos of Xacuti Masala Powder & You just need to multiply the quantity of each ingredient used by 3 times and you will get around 3.6 kilos of Xacuti Masala Powder.

Placida, the quantity for each type of chilli is mentioned in the video. When we mention the type of chilli we have mentioned the quantity. It's 150 gms for each type of chilli, so the total quantity of chillies is 450 gms. Have a great weekend 🙂

Cassie, we generally provide the ingredients list in the description box for all our videos. But we do not provide it for Masala Powders. We have given each ingredient along with quantities and roasting time in the video. 🙂

Meera, Haven't you ever visited Goa? This Xacuti is a hot favourite in most Goan restaurants. Even Ros Omlette which is a famous street cart fast food is made with Xacuti Masala. Do try it out, I'm sure you'll love it. You can make Mushroom Xacuti with this masala. The recipe is on our channel. 🙂

@@GetCookingNow We have been to Goa many times. But we ate in the temple canteen. Our style of cooking was available there. Due to lack of time, it was not possible to go elsewhere. It's not like we haven't gone, but we're very short. Recently even that is not happening because of children's education. Let's see in the coming days.

I Am a Goan and would like to state that in authentic Xacuti masala, we donot use methi seeds and mustard seeds. Also you have not told us when and how much fresh grated coconut sholud be used while preparing the dish. Without coconut( which is very important for xacuti gravv) this dish is incomplete and totally tasteless. Pl donot give incomplete information.o

@Motoplus first of all be grateful for getting the recipe. Secondly this is the recipe for the Xacuti Masala Powder not the recipe to make Xacuti Gravy. If you want to know how to make Xacuti Gravy with this masala powder then check out our Mutton Xacuti recipe on the channel. We have mentioned how much coconut needs to be added along with the process. My simple advice to you as a fellow Goan is to be more appreciative of efforts made by others. Don't just complain in life, that too without understanding or contributing anything. Have a positive day 😀
