Hi! Came over from your other channel. A yummy recipe that I do with my son with the jimmy dean sausage is pancake muffins. I literally just buy a box of pancake mix and mix it up per the directions plus add in some vanilla, then I have my cooked jimmy dean sausage. I like the maple one because it tastes like syrup. Then I just fill a muffin tin like a quarter of the way with pancake mix then add some of the sausage then too it off with more pancake mix. I can usually get about 24 muffins out of a box and a roll. Then bake it at 350 for about 15 minutes. I love this recipe because there is so much freedom to change it up. I would love to see you make these with the kiddos!!
