Matej Vavh, how well does it work? are you satisfied with its performance?
@abarth321
@abarth321 7 лет назад
Hello, the setup runs very well, the only think i changed was the non returning valve as the pust to where leaking, changed with industrial 1/8 and the bleeding procedure works 100%.

Thank you for answering. I am in the process of building a similar machine/setup. I will get my vacuum pump next week & manometer, the rest I have already, then I will try it out. The only difference I have is that the"bleeder cub/cylinder" that I bought has an bottom outlet, which I did on purpose. that is where I plan to hook up the oil line.
@abarth321
@abarth321 7 лет назад
the function will be the same if you hook the line on bottom to fill the shock. Use the first time good non returning valves and dont mees with china push to valves.

Matej Vavh thanks for answering ,just one more question why two hose going to the shock ?
@abarth321
@abarth321 6 лет назад
Hello, one line is for pressurizing shock with oil and the other for vacuumizing. on each line are non returning valve in right direction with these settup you can bleed the shock without air bubles
@MegaHalisson

Hi, good machine. Have you drilled two holes in the Top of the Filter ?
@abarth321
@abarth321 5 лет назад
Hello yes the two holes are driled and sealed with oring
@harleyluhja
@harleyluhja 5 лет назад
Thanks, Why did you drill it right next to the compressor inlet. Or does it only look like this on the video?
@abarth321
@abarth321 5 лет назад
@@harleyluhja it is drilled next to pressure inlet while i want to have return line as far as possible from vacum outlet to avoid that the vacum pump suck any oil
@harleyluhja
@harleyluhja 5 лет назад
@@abarth321 I have now recreated it with a vacuum generator and it works very well. This saves you the vacuum pump. This part costs only 15 Euros.
@piciu256
@piciu256 Год назад
@@harleyluhja hello, what type of generator did you use? Does it require a lot of air? I'm wondering if my cheap small air compressor would be enough to handle it, it should I use a fridge pump for vacuum instead.
