I am building my own lathe too by the way. your lathes apron looks like it has power feed and screw engage ? nevertheless The build looks very strong and precise enough for real work. great job but you may want too wear safety glasses when grinding because I Have personally been to the eye doctor for steel shavings in my eye and that was with glasses on!They made me stare at a needle as it poked and dug out the metal above my iris.Now I wear a face shield when grinding with glasses too.Be safe not sorry.
