Amazing video as usual my friend Andrea😊. Will definitely gonna try this in peach season. It's may be because of yeast alcohol intolerance ur wine becomes flat or may be due to leak flip top bottle. Anyway ur videos are always less complicated and very informative. N also u never include high end expensive equipments..... still you deliver great wine at end. Ur simplicity has made u famous.I learn to make beautiful wines n champagne from ur tutorials. Your efforts to make such beautiful tutorial videos are highly appreciated. I think you mentioned adding almonds somewhere in the video. Almonds contain emulsin, which breaks down cellulose; so if you're leaving the peach skin, the almond enzyme is beneficial.
