Potato - 3
Corn Flour - 1/4 cup
Red Chilly Powder - 1/2 tsp
Egg - 1
Salt
Method to prepare Potato Nest
1. Peel and grate potatoes.
2. Squeeze water from the grated potato.
3. Add cornflour, red chilly powder, salt and egg. Mix it really well.
4. Take a strainer dip it in hot oil and put potato mix, place one more strainer on top and fry in hot oil.
5. Slowly remove it using a knife.
6. Can serve with vegetables, fruits or use as a chaat base.
