In English : FERMENTED RICE My Kitchen recipe for Immunity 3 times week COOK 1 cup rice with 3 cups water, mash rice, put in earthen pot and soak with water to level of rice, mix well, add onion, chilli as taste, add 1 cup milk, tbsp yogurt, cover and leave overnight on kitchen counter, next morning, add 1tbsp pink salt, can add yogurt or water if needed, stir and eat. Can have with pickles and onion .
Nice. Dear earthen pots for this recipe is a must , because probiotic germs don't like metals . So stop using even steel Utensils for serving. Only wood and earthen must be used in whole process , no metals .

@@abi7325 cook one cup rice first.... Then mash it as you see in video And add one little cup water ... Then add milk little and curd little...and cover it and let it be overnight.... Eat in morning.....pot it's ur choice if u hv earthern pot it's good otherwise take any utensils
This version is wrong. The correct version is to just add water and leave the cooked rice overnight . You can add salt and have it in the morning without adding curd. What this lady has made is curd rice. Not a fermented probiotic
Yes.... You can just add water (prferably boiled and cooled to room temperature beforehead) to cover up the cooked rice ....put over lid and let it ferment overnight..... Next morning you can add green chillies, salt and little bit of lemon juice ....Also you can add almond milk/curd, coconut milk /curd for overall nutrition
