Hello thanks for the recipe 🙏🏻 but for some reason rice noodles get very sticky and gets stuck together, can you please let us know where I might be going wrong , thanks!!

@@siriratcarmichael9487 Siri, you’re amazing!! I do want to see you reach 100K! By the way -my husband is from from India. I’m American. I have been cooking Indian for 20 years. We have something called Dokla and use trays for them that are two layers high. It steams a type of “cake” made with besan (chick pea flour). I was thinking maybe this would work for these. They are round but the process is similar - I wonder if they’d work for rice noodles. This is AMAZING!! I had no clue how easy these would be to make! This must be why everyone says to look for dried rice noodles that include tapioca in them so that they don’t stick?? I made your pad thai sauce tonight. My husband’s eyes just about popped out of his head when he tried it… “this tastes just like Bua Thai’s!!!” Best compliment I could’ve gotten from him thanks to you! Can you recommend a brand of rice noodle that is easy to get at Asian stores like HMart?? Tonight I used an American brand called Taste Of Thai. I soaked them but they got mushy and fell apart. Any suggestions would be great! Love your channel! Your family is beautiful and we are lucky to have you on RU-vid 💕💕
