This is an easy Homemade Spruce Beer Recipe
After foraging for some spruce tips in the spring, I set about to make some delicious spruce beer from scratch.
This is a super easy and refreshing drink with lots of history and I make it up in my Fleetwood Bounder Motorhome on my travels. So you can make a wide variety of stuff in your RV. Not just RV cooking at it's best buy RV brewing! You don't need a lot of equipment either. I like to keep things simple!

Is it best to harvest the spruce-tips in the spring? I'd think so - will it matter for this recipe? Anyhow, this looks REALLY yummy & definitely trying since I make IPA's and have all the hardware. Nice Job! Totally binging on your vids!!! Ha ha.

Mmmm I am wanting to ad some frozen cranberry or raspberries! Not a beer fan but that sounds so refreshing.

If you just use the syrup to make soda, would it make sense to use less sugar?

Good question, actually the syrup should be balanced as is for soda, but hey you can adjust it to your own taste! :)

Have you spent any time in ireland in the past? Your channel says your from Canada, but your accent sounds like you could be from Dublin to me

It’s a big sloppy mess lol. My family is part Irish but that has probably a tiny bit to do with it. I certainly had a lot of Irish influence growing up. I lived in the UK for 9 years 13 years in Australia / New Zealand. I grew up speaking 3 languages fluently, they say people who learn lots of languages young pick up accents easily.
